How does the free sample work?

Use the form on our homepage. Within 2 business days we email you one finished ad built from your real product photo. No card, no call, no obligation.

How do the paid services work?

After checkout you receive a short intake form by email. Ad Creative Packs deliver in 5 business days with one revision round. Lead Response goes live within 10 business days, or your setup fee is refunded.

What if I don't like the ads?

You get a revision round. If fewer than 3 ads are ones you'd run, we remake the pack free, and if the remake still misses, we refund you in full. See our refund policy.

Do I need a call?

No. Everything is handled by email. If you'd like a quick call, reply to your intake email and we'll set one up.

Is the ad creative AI-generated?

It's AI-assisted and checked by hand against your real product. We never fabricate reviews or testimonials. Proof-style ads use your real customer reviews only.

Who owns the ads?

You do. Use them in any ad, on any platform.

Where do Lead Response replies come from?

Your business email domain. We walk you through adding a few DNS records so replies are delivered reliably and come from you.

What does the $97/month cover on Lead Response?

Hosting, monitoring, reply tuning and the weekly summary. It's invoiced monthly starting at go-live, and you can cancel anytime.

What about leads who only leave a phone number?

You get an instant alert with their number so you can call right away. Text-message replies are coming soon.
