Refund Policy

"3 ads you'd run" guarantee (Ad Creative Pack and each Monthly Refresh batch): if fewer than 3 of the ads we deliver are ones you'd run, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we remake the pack or batch free. If the remake still doesn't give you 3 ads you'd run, we refund that pack or batch in full.

Go-live guarantee (Lead Response): if your Lead Response isn't live within 10 business days after we receive your completed intake form and any DNS access we need, your setup fee is refunded in full.

Before work starts: if we have not started your project, you can cancel for a full refund.

Monthly services: cancel anytime before your next batch (Monthly Refresh) or billing date (Lead Response). Service continues through the end of the paid period and is not prorated.
