What we collect

When you buy or contact us: your name, email, business details, order information, and anything you include in intake forms. Payments are processed by Shopify; we do not see or store full card numbers. Our store platform also collects standard device and usage data through cookies.

Lead data we process for clients

When a business uses Lead Response, we act as that business's service provider (processor). We process the contact details and messages their website visitors submit only to send replies, alerts, follow-ups and summaries on the business's behalf. This data is stored with our hosting provider (Supabase) and sent through an email delivery provider. If the business turns on optional AI personalization, the visitor's message is also sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to write one sentence of the reply. We do not sell this data or use it to market to those people for anyone else. Every follow-up email includes a way to stop further follow-ups.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and delete and to opt out of sale or sharing; we do not sell personal information. Contact us to make a request. If you submitted an inquiry to one of our clients, you can also contact that business directly.

Retention

We keep order records as required for tax and accounting. Client lead data is deleted within 30 days after a client cancels, unless the client asks us to export it first.
