Terms of Service

Last updated October 15, 2026. These terms cover services sold by Fastline, 393 N Cypress St, Orange, CA 92866 ("Fastline," "we").

Services

Ad Creative Pack ($297 one-time) includes 10 static ads, 3 short vertical video ads and accompanying copy, delivered in about 5 business days after we receive your completed intake form, with one revision round.

Monthly Creative Refresh ($497 per month) includes 12 static ads and 4 short vertical videos each month with one revision round per batch. Checkout covers the first month; later months are invoiced monthly. Cancel anytime before your next batch.

Lead Response Setup ($497 one-time) configures automated email replies and follow-ups for inquiries submitted through your website. Ongoing service is $97 per month, invoiced monthly starting at go-live, and covers hosting, monitoring, reply tuning and a weekly summary. You may cancel the monthly service at any time; service ends at the close of the paid month.

Guarantees

"3 ads you'd run": if fewer than 3 delivered ads in a pack or monthly batch are ones you'd run, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we remake it free; if the remake still misses, we refund that pack or batch in full.

Go-live: if your Lead Response is not live within 10 business days after we receive your completed intake form and any DNS access we need from you, we refund the setup fee in full.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you have the right to use any brand assets, product images, reviews and other materials you provide. You approve all reply and ad copy before use. You are responsible for how you use delivered ads on advertising platforms, including any platform rules on AI-assisted content, and for complying with laws that apply to messaging your customers.

Ownership

Once paid, you may use delivered ads in any advertising on any platform without time limits.

Our commitments

We do not fabricate reviews, testimonials or endorsements. Automated messages include your business address and a way to stop follow-ups. We use reasonable care to keep services running but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or any specific sales result.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
